Laura Wang is an educator from the United States. With a BA from Swarthmore College and an MA in education from Teachers College, Columbia University, she has taught high school chemistry in New York City and presented her curriculum at the National Science Teachers Association annual conference. In addition, she holds an MFA in writing from Sarah Lawrence College and is experienced in working with students on grammar, reading, and writing. Laura is committed to student-centered instruction and is especially passionate about making math and science accessible to all learners. Before becoming a teacher, Laura also worked in biochemical research at the University of Pennsylvania, designing kinetic studies of enzymes. At AEI, Laura specializes in chemistry (from introductory to AP) as well as SAT English and math.
